SEND Co- Production Charter
Blackburn with Darwen SEND Co - production Charter was created and co- produced locally with 142 children and young people, 50 parent/ carers and 50 partners across Blackburn with Darwen in 2023.
The charter is split into 6 themes and details views and voices on how we can all work together locally to get things right. Listening and believing was the overall largest view shared by our SEND families.
This video is a valuable tool for us to celebrate the charters production and the journey we have made together across the local area and really highlights the process of its co-production
